Project-Based Model works best when we have clear project requirements, roadmap, and schedules for the product and solutions we need to develop. As per this model, we work around fixed commercials with clients per the scope and requirements. The project costs are in turn linked to well-defined deliverables and milestones. We at Innovato defines these deliverables and milestones with the cost break-up at each of these deliverables thus enabling the client to reduce risk by monitoring progress of the project. Our experienced team of Project managers, SMEs, developers and engineers work with a well-defined process for managing the project efficiently and successfully.

With this model, we work as a Technology Partner with our clients and co-design the solutions as their extended IT team. This is ideal for the clients who want to expand as and when needed. In this approach, clients get active support from the Manager and get regular updates on the work that is assigned to the developers. This model works on the lines of lean methodology and follows Kanban using tools like Trello or Jira. This works for the client as it is a flexible model in nature and they can increase or decrease the number of developers that are working on the projects according to the needs and requirements. With this model in place, clients can manage their IT budget more efficiently and can scale up their business accordingly.

A Time & Material Model works best when the scopes and requirements are evolving. Under this model, we work on hourly based commercials with our clients. The hourly pricing rate is agreed to for a defined skill set of resource(s) who would be working on the scope. This model suits all kinds of requirements such as Code Review, Product Research, Product Development, Product Support, Complex projects where there is constant specification and design changes. The model allows the clients greater flexibility in terms of evolving the project specification on a continuous basis as per the need of the market. We employ proper reporting for all the hours being put in against the tasks for each resource(s) deployed on such projects on a weekly/monthly basis.
