The next step is to finalize the details of the project. Our team shares the proposal with scope, tasks, timelines, risk mitigation, and other details. We also create prototypes and POCs for our clients depending upon the requirements and the engagement opportunity

After the details are ironed out, the next step is the actual development and execution. Our team follows agile methodology and iterative procedures. We involve our clients at every step of the process to help you keep track of the progress.

Once the development cycle is complete and we meet all project goals, our dedicated team of QA and testers perform types of testing. Once done, our team starts off with the delivery and handover process. Our engagement continues with rolling out features and maintenance work.
